Chocolate Peppermint Matcha Latte Serves 1 Ingredients 1 cup milk ¼ cup dark (or milk) chocolate, chopped 1 tsp Matcha Love Organic Matcha powder ¼ tsp peppermint extract Optional garnish: fresh mint Directions In a small pot, heat milk to 175º C/80º F. Add chopped dark chocolate, remove from heat, and stir until melted. Transfer milk and melted chocolate to a blender, alongside peppermint extract and matcha. Blend until well mixed and frothy. Pour into a cup and enjoy. Top with fresh mint, if desired.
