- 1 tsp matcha LOVE® Culinary Matcha powder
- 2/3 cup soy milk (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
- 1/3 cup hot water 176° F
- Ice cubes (5-6 pieces)
Sprinkle 1 tsp matcha LOVE® Culinary Matcha powder into a glass.
Add the hot water and whisk using a chasen (bamboo whisk) until a light froth forms on top. (If you don’t have a whisk add the water incrementally and stir with a spoon to suspend the matcha evenly.)
Add 2/3 cup soy milk and ice cubes, stir and enjoy!
