Matcha Superfood Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango (or frozen pineapple)
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Matcha Love Culinary Matcha powder
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to two glasses and enjoy.
